Material and Logistics Manager Location:
Corporate Headquarters- Christiana, TN Material and Logistics Manager of STC, LLC requires the ability to report and complete deadlines for several departments and plays a vital role at STC.
This is a fast-paced workplace environment and will have many daily challenges as well as weekly and monthly deadlines.
Responsibilities include the below, but not limited to:
Managing and planning for logistics or transportation issues Keeping track of the number of goods as well as stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs Maintaining reports and records of inventory Managing and coordinating with transportation teams Delivering solutions to any logistics problems while maintain a high quality of service Negotiating contracts with suppliers and manufacturers Compensation Offered Salaried position Eligible for health insurance after averaging 30 hours per week for 60 days Eligible to participate in employer matching 401K and profit sharing Eligible to receive an annual performance-based cash bonus (the Annual Bonus), the amount of which will be determined based on your performance as determined by Vice President and Senior Leadership Discretionary time off and Holiday Pay per company policy - see Discretionary Time off Leave Policy Eligible for employer paid life insurance, benefit amount of $25,000 at no cost to employee Eligible for additional supplemental life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance (employee paid) Flex time eligibility Job Type:
